My baby is 1

Celeste turned one on October 25. I can't believe she is already one!! It's been such a hard year but I can't imagine it without this sweet little girl. She is walking along furniture, waves, gives kisses, says momma and dada and dog, has 5 teeth, and is the sweetest thing! We had a birthday party at Heathers house. We had games, dinner and cake. Bia loved the bounce house.

Walking to church

Sunday's are a pretty big ordeal around here trying to get the kids ready for church. We like to walk to church since its only 3 blocks from our house. Conner always has to take his bike and wear one of mikes ties. The girls ride in the stroller holding hands. It's the most peace we get in the whole 3 hours. Haha

September

I decided to go to SAMs club with the kids. As we were walking in an elderly gentleman said "you better have those kids sit down or they are going to get hurt!". I thought to myself, "thanks old man" and then ironically Liv did a backflip out of the shopping cart as I was checking out. She landed right on her face and blood was everywhere. I grabbed her and tried to stop the bleeding while others were helping calm Conner and Celeste who were freaking out. People were sooooo helpful and kind. It made me feel good in a bad situation. Poor liv. She was black and blue for 2 weeks.

Apple Hill

On saturday Oct 13 we went to Apple hill. We had a lot I fun and it was nice doing something as a family. They had a fish pond that the kids loved, we saw horses, pumpkins, bought apples, had dinner and pie, and just walked around. The weather was beautiful. Here is the closest thing to the kids standing together as I get ;-))

Hot hot summer

Sacramento has been over 100 degrees lately. So it's a little more challenging finding things to do so we aren't in the heat all day. So we met our friends at the children's museum this week. The kids had a ball. We haven't been for several months and it seems like they enjoy it more each time we go. Celeste loved the water. She would splash and try to catch the water in her mouth. Liv loved to paint. She would get paint all over then sign "dirty" and get more paint on herself. Conner loved to play store with the cash register, money, and food. He has wanted to help me pay whenever we go anywhere now.

We have a crawler!!

Celeste started crawling when we were visiting my parents on July 27. She had just turned 9 months old. She also got her first tooth 2 days prior. She's growing too fast!!!

Conners urgent care visit

While playing at a friends house, Conner managed to trip on their hardwoods and cutt open his chin. So we got to go to urgent care. Thank heavens for dermabond!! She was able to glue it without doing any stitches!'

Sick celeste

My poor Celeste is sick. She has ha diarrhea for 3 days and a fever. I took her in this am to urgent care and she has bilateral ear infections. Poor thing. Hopefully she will start feeling better!! The md thought she was a little boy. Unbelievable!!

Worst trip ever

My sister and my three neices came to visit me about 3 weeks ago. Sue came to help me finish our hardwood floors. We sure didn't know what we were getting into. After sanding for 2 days straight we thought we would go crazy. There was dust everywhere and all of us were living out of two rooms. We started staining and it looked horrible. The sander had left little circular marks everywhere. It was so frustrating because we worked so hard. Mike said he wanted to redo them-so I decided to caravan with my sister to Utah. We spent almost a week at my parents house trying to get it cleaned up for when they come home July 3 rd. first liv got sick for 2 days, then Conner, then me. Fun huh!! I decided to head up to Logan for a few days and we had a fun time there. Mike got done with the floors so we decided to head back. I left Logan about 4 on Tuesday and thought if I just drove, the kids would go to sleep eventually. Haha. Celeste and liv were so whiny and were both awake until 930!! I got so sick and wanted to throw up the whole trip. Oh wait I was up at 430 throwing up!! I got a speeding ticket in elko because I didn't notice the speed went down to 65 cuz I was holding Celeste's binky in while singing songs to liv and driving. Celeste and Conner both blew out their diapers. Celeste with poop!! No wonder why she was whining!! Once we got to winnemucca all the hotels were full. It took me a hour to find a hotel with a room. And I had only gone half way. Can u say worst trip ever!!!!!

Oki park

We moved about 2 blocks away from a great park. We go there often!! We were there the other day when a lady said to me "she's so cute. Most kids can't pull off ears like that, but she totally can!". I wasn't sure what to say since all my kids have my ears. I think she is adorable and the sweetest baby. Her brother and sister think so too. Here is a pic of them pushing her on the swing!

Silly liv

Olivia loves to read books. Lately she has been getting a book, finding Celeste (Abia- as she calls her) and sits down on her lap to look at books. I'm surprised she doesn't knock Celeste over because she hasn't been sitting up that long. But Celeste doesn't seem to mind!!

It's been awhile

Well it's been awhile since I posted last. I finally got a new phone so I can take pictures again. In that time Conner turned 3 and Celeste is 7 months old now. My sister called to ask me how it felt to have 3 kids under 3 now instead of 3 under 2 1/2. Haha. Feels the same. Here r a few pictures.

Celeste

On April 20th Celeste had her appointment at Shriners. Dr popejoy said her feet look great and she only has to wear her braces at naptime and bedtime now!! Yahoo!! We are so excited and so is she. She has since been rolling everywhere and playing with her feet non-stop!! She loves the freedom.

Celeste 5 months

Celeste turned 5 months old yesterday. She is such a cutie!! She rolls over, loves to play with toys, loves to chew on anything, started eating cereal twice a day and loves kisses! I love cuddling with her all night long- nope it's not with mike anymore- haha. She has one more month with her braced full time, then we switch to naps and bedtime!! We love her in our family.

The Merry-go-round

Why do kids love the merry-go-round? I hate it! And I hate it more as a mom. I think my kids are going to fly off and somehow get eaten up under that thing!! That's all Conner and liv want to do at the park. The first time I let them on it I was wearing Celeste and holding liv in my lap. Well I felt like I was going to puke so I just jumped off. All 3 of us ended up on the ground!! It wasn't good. I was hoping the experience would make Liv hate it, but no such luck.

Fairytale town

We went to fairytale town on Saturday for Emree and Jonah's birthday party. Mike was able to go with us which was great!! The kids had a blast!!

Sweet kisses

Olivia loves to give kisses. She gives Celeste a kiss about 20 times a day. Today we were outside and Conner and Liv were running toward each other and just embraced each other. Then they kept doing it every couple minutes till Conner accidentally knocked Liv over :-/. Tonight in the bathtub we put Celeste in with them and they both just kept kissing her. It was adorable!!

Rolled over

Celeste rolled over for the first time yesterday (Feb15)!! She gets her legs going with her braces and just flipped herself over.

Celeste

Celeste is getting so big. Her braces have been on for almost a month!! She is such a smiley baby and such a talker.
When we were at the store yesterday a lady behind me asked me what the most common phrase I heard was.
"wow! You have your hands full!"
"are they twins?"
"how far apart are they?"
She listed about 5 more and I thought it was hilarious. I should start keeping a tally!!

Friday Fun

Today we went the children's museum with the Andres. The kids had a blast for an hour and a half then Conner kept trying to leave, so I figured he was done. This afternoon Conner figured out how to peddle his little tikes bike. I looked over and he was doing it with one foot and then he tried it with both!!! After awhile we got out his real bike that has the brakes when you peddle backwards, but that seemed to confuse him. My little boy is getting soooo big!!

Sacramento zoo

We just got back from the zoo. We went with Deb and Madeline and had so much fun!! Conner loved the train. He couldn't wait to ride it. We got in line at one point and then the driver told us it only ran every half hour. So we waited. Conner just stood in line with his ticket until it was our turn. He kept cheering "woo hoo" once we were on. Liv loved the animals and the water puddles to stomp in and Celeste slept the whole time - thank heavens :-))
