Pop

My kids love soda pop! This is a typical outing to SAMs club. Their reward for being good is pop-I know I'm a bad Mom!!

Saturday bike rides

For Christmas Mike got me a sweet red Hawaiian Electra cruiser bike. When I say Mike that really means that I called the guy on craigslist and he came with me to pick it up :-)) We try to go for rides often and especially on Saturdays when Mike goes jogging. It's probably not that safe of a setup, but it's fun!! The first time we went Celeste still had her casts on so I had to ride to avoid hitting her. Let's just say my thighs were burning by the time we were done :-))

Grocery shopping

People always ask me how I grocery shop with 3 young ones. Well here are some pictures of what it looks like. I love the car carts, because they keep the kids entertained- at least thru 3 or 4 isles. Then I usually end up opening some sort of treat for them. Some call that shop lifting. I call it keeping my kids calm until I can pay for it :-). Well after getting all checked out liv had swiped a package of rolo's and chewed at least 2 or 3 (with the wrapper on). So we had to go back and pay for them. I guess she's learning from my example a little early!!!

Cast removal!!

Celeste was born with club feet. She had casts put on and they would stretch and rotate her feet out every week. After her third casting she had her Achilles tendon clipped because it was so tight. After that they placed her forth and final casts which have been on since December 6th. Today she got those removed and was fit for her shoes. She wears the shoes full time for 3 months then at bed and naptime till she is 2. We were there forever!! Her appointment was at 1030 and we didn't get home till 2!! But we are so happy to be able to give her a bath and cuddle her a little easier :-))

The Childrens Museum

Well we just got back from our first outing to the childrens museum. The kids loved it!! They just went from activity to activity. Conner loved anything we tracks and balls and liv loved it all. Thanks to Deb who helped keep an eye on my wild children :-)) When we were playing with the water I turned around and Conner was running around in his diaper. He had taken his shoes and pants off, I guess thinking it was bath time :-//. Just a little embarrassing.

Conner and Celeste

Usually when Conner wants to hold Celeste it lasts about 2 seconds until he is pushing her off. Yesterday when he held her, he held her for about 20 minutes and kept kissing her over and over. It was cute!!

My first pinterest project!!

I've recently been looking at pinterest a lot while feeding the baby. So my first DIY project was for Heathers birthday yesterday. I made a cupcake stand out of cardboard, cans, and ribbon. It looks homemade but was still cute!!

My first blog post

I decided to start a blog since I can do it from my phone while the kids are playing!! Wish me luck!!!
Thanks to the Krugers my life has been a little easier :-)). Austin gave a bunch of his Thomas the Train stuff to Conner at Christmas time. Well, Conner hasn't put down a train since. Thanks to craigslist, I got a train table for $30. Conner loves it to play with, Liv loves it to climb and stomp on it, and I love it because it has drawers to hide everything in :-)).
